Then, Sunday we had the Walstad's come over for a family birthday celebration for Ashlee. She turns 16 on Tuesday, the 20th so that was really nice and she felt special!! Now tomorrow is her actual bday, and I will be taking her for her drivers exam to get her license and then to Mike's work afterward and then we will all go to Kobe, a new Japanese sushi/steakhouse in Plymouth, Ashlee's choice! So she should have a good day and then Fri am Ash and I leave to go to Houston to see my family, and my sister Sue!! We are really really really looking forward to our visit! My family will have a 3rd bday celebration there for Ash so she should feel great about her bday this year!!

I loved the pics of Ash and Clem and your blog just made me cry all over again. Unfortunately, I am work and should not be crying. I guess I will have to run to bathroom and see how red and puffy my eyes are.
I was really sad to miss the show. It had become a summer weekend ritual of getting up at 5am, getting ready and picking up the krisy kreme donuts and then heading to your place. I am hoping that I will be able to see one of her shows this summer in MN!!
